KZOO Studio treats accessibility as part of the build, not a note added after the logo, website, or brand copy is finished. The site uses semantic headings, labelled controls, visible focus, responsive text, and plain instructions.

The goal is useful access across current browsers and common assistive technologies. No website can promise that every combination behaves identically, so reports matter. If something blocks you, tell us what happened and we will work from the actual failure instead of guessing.

Keyboard and focus

Interactive controls have their own labels. The skip link moves directly to the page content. Navigation can be opened and closed from a keyboard, the menu closes with Escape, and the inquiry route does not depend on a hover state. Focus is shown with a strong vermilion outline and enough offset to remain visible against the warm paper background.

Links are written as actions or destinations rather than isolated symbols. Buttons have a generous tap area. Form fields sit beside their labels and error messages can be associated with the field that needs attention.

Keyboard route

Tab through the header, open the work menu, reach every service link, close the panel, and continue into the page without a pointer.

Focus treatment

Focused links, buttons, fields, chips, and the chat controls receive a visible outline that does not rely on colour alone.

Touch route

Controls use at least a 44px target and retain their labels on narrow screens. The page does not require a hover interaction to reveal meaning.

Reading, contrast, and resizing

Headings use a display face for hierarchy while body copy uses Newsreader for sustained reading. Monospace labels identify metadata, not long passages. The warm paper and near-black ink palette keeps essential text at a strong contrast; vermilion is an accent, never the only signal for a required action.

Text uses fluid sizing and wraps at narrow widths. Layout columns collapse instead of forcing a sideways page scroll. Content remains available when text is enlarged, and images carry concise factual alternative text. Decorative interface glyphs are hidden from assistive technology when their adjacent words already name the control.

Motion with an off switch

Scroll reveals and image wipes add pacing to the studio presentation, but they do not carry information. The reduced-motion preference removes the movement and leaves the content visible. There is no autoplay video. The site does not make a visitor chase a moving control to complete an inquiry.

Forms and support

The inquiry form asks for the information needed to discuss a defined brief. Required fields say that they are required, and the consent line links to the privacy and terms pages. The support chat has a labelled conversation area and a close button. If chat is awkward with your setup, email remains available at [email protected] or call (269) 337-7248.

Report an access barrier

Tell us the page, the control or content that failed, the device or assistive technology you used if known, and the result you expected. Do not send sensitive personal information in the first note.

What happens next

We read reports sent through the route above and use the page, browser, and failure details to reproduce the problem. A practical workaround may be offered while a fix is prepared. If the issue concerns a document or a service interaction, we will provide an alternate route where we can.
